Infusion de 2 feuilles de laurier
Infusion de lavande
Infusion de thym
Infusion de 2 tranches d’oignon ou d’ails
Infusion de 2 feuilles d’oseille rouge (oseille rouge)
Pour déboucher le nez de l’enfant on peut passer à la vaporisation par eau salée qui permet d’humidifier le nez de l’enfant.
NB : Prendre ces infusions avec modération.
