La prière de l’Aïd-el-fitr, communément appelée Korité, a été l’occasion pour imams et oulémas du Sénégal, à travers des sermons, d’inviter les Sénégalais à la droiture et au travail. A Thiès où la prière a été dirigée par l’imam ratib et président des imams et oulémas de la région, Ass Barro NDIGUENE, le discours a été essentiellement axé sur le comportement des Sénégalais. Pour le guide religieux, ces derniers ne doivent pas sombrer dans la débauche une fois le mois du Ramadan terminé. De son avis, tous les jours doivent être considérés comme des jours d’intenses actes de dévotions.
«Il ne faut pas s’arrêter à la fin du Ramadan et reprendre les vieilles habitudes et les péchés. Le musulman doit être constant dans sa pratique religieuse pour mériter le pardon et la récompense de Dieu, tout en étant un homme véridique et sage dans la vie quotidienne », a indiqué l’imam Ass Barro NDIGUENE.
