Pour ces derniers, Moustapha NIASSE ne doit pas s’exécuter, comme il a l’habitude de le faire, sans exiger des préalables.
«Pour le respect des règles la régissant, l’Assemblée nationale ne devrait donc pas se prononcer sur la demande de levée de l’immunité parlementaire de Khalifa Ababacar SALL sans exiger au préalable sa libération pour se réconcilier avec la Constitution et la Loi », peut-on lire.
