De fait, les bassesses et les pratiques mafieuses de Macky SALL (un homme sans foi, sans éthique républicaine et qui fait totalement fi de la loi) font penser au film culte du réalisateur italien SERGIO LEONE, « le bon, la brute et le truand » qui met en relief trois malfrats dont l’unique obsession tourne autour de l’argent, et pour qui, la fin justifie tous les moyens immoraux.
Avec Macky SALL, c’est l’indignité, dans sa forme la plus exécrable qui est au pouvoir : tous les principes qui fondent la république et l’état de droit sont bafoués. En vérité, son accession totalement inattendue à la magistrature suprême en 2012 a donné lieu à une course effrénée pour l’accaparement, la captation et la dilapidation des deniers publics : hommes d’affaires véreux, gueux, transhumants affamés, gangsters politiques, députés passeurs, trafiquants de faux billets, mercenaires de la plume et misérables sans conviction, venus du bas-fonds du peuple : tous les parvenus de la république, comme des charognards en quête de viande fraiche, ont dépouillé le Sénégal (classé parmi les 25 nations les plus pauvres au monde) en mille morceaux: détournement, vol et braquage de deniers publics, enrichissement illicite, privatisation et partage du domaine public maritime, bradage du littoral, déclassements, et cessions de terrains en violation totale de la loi, etc….la liste est longue, très longue.
Sous le magistère de Macky SALL, le Sénégal est bradé aux mafieux (PETROTIM). Dans cet univers sombre fait de népotisme et de prévarication, la mal gouvernance, et la corruption sont érigés en véritable système de gouvernement. Le clan FAYE-SALL composé du trio Macky Sall, son frère Aliou Sall et son beau-frère Mansour Faye, dont la boulimie est sans limite, telle une pieuvre, étale ses tentacules partout, accapare les ressources du pays, avec une mainmise totale sur les leviers administratifs, politiques et économiques du Sénégal.
La corruption initiée, encouragée, et organisée publiquement par Macky Sall, constitue un manquement extrêmement grave à sa charge et un crime économique, dont il devra répondre tôt ou tard. En recevant publiquement l’ex mandataire de YEWWI ASKAN WI à Matam après l’avoir corrompu, Macky Sall a déshonoré le Sénégal et démontré qu’il n’est pas digne : ni d’avoir obtenu la confiance des sénégalais en 2012, ni d’exercer la fonction de président de la République.
Au moment où le Sénégal traverse une crise économique et sociale sans précèdent, Macky SALL trouve le temps d’accorder une audience à un saltimbanque. Quelle petitesse ! Macky SALL restera une parenthèse sombre dans l’histoire du Sénégal : un incompétent ethniciste au service d’un clan, et le parrain de la corruption.
Aujourd’hui, il y a une charte à faire signer à Macky Sall ; qu’il renonce pour le peu qui lui reste, d’ici 2024, (date à laquelle il quittera le pouvoir) à être le parrain de la corruption : c’est lui demander l’impossible, car la corruption fait partie intégrante de son ADN.
