Cette fois-ci, le projet cher à Macky Sall veut empiéter sur 2 mètres pour compléter une partie de ses travaux. Les toilettes et quelques équipements seront engloutis par cette emprise. Ce qui a énervé les parents d’élèves. Ainsi, hier matin, ces derniers qui veulent régler le problème une bonne fois pour toute, ont réuni élèves et enseignants pour trouver une solution. C’est ainsi qu’ils ont interpellé le chef de l’Etat en lui demandant de choisir entre le Ter et l’avenir des fils du Sénégal. «Nous tenons cette rencontre pour informer les parents d’élèves en particulier et l’opinion publique en général sur la situation du Cem Momar Sène Waly de Rufisque. Ce collège, construit en 1966, subit depuis l’année dernière des désagréments multiples causés par les travaux du Train Express Régional (Ter)», lance d’emblée le président de l’Association des parents d’élèves (Ape) de l’établissement et président de l’Union nationale des parents d’élèves et étudiants du Sénégal (Unapees). L’Ape s’indigne du manque de concertation et du non-respect des accords conclus. «Depuis l’année dernière, dix mètres ont été prélevés de la partie située derrière l’établissement et nous avons été informés que les sanitaires situées derrière seront également démolies. Face à cette situation, l’Ape demande aux autorités d’être édifiée sur l’avenir de ce collège», déclare Abdoulaye Fané.
L’Ape du Cem Momar Sène Waly demande l’application du principe de la responsabilité sociétale d’entreprise qui est respectée par beaucoup de sociétés. «Quand il s’agit d’infrastructures d’utilité publique, la responsabilité sociétale doit être respectée. Des promesses avaient été faites quant à la réhabilitation de l’établissement. Le passage des camions et le bruit des engins occasionnent des perturbations, mais également des dangers sur le plan sanitaire avec la poussière causant des problèmes respiratoires voire des maladies. La sécurité des élèves, des enseignants et du personnel administratif est menacée» indique le président de l’Unapees. Qui renseigne que le Cem a obtenu de bons résultats l’année scolaire passée avec 72 % de réussite au Bfem. Les parents, très préoccupés par l’avenir de l’école, ne comprennent pas le silence des autorités de la ville et s’étonnent du forcing du Ter. « Nous disons que les ressources humaines doivent être les premiers leviers dans la construction d’un pays qui a pour ambition l’émergence», rappelle le responsable des parents d’élèves qui annonce d’autres actions plus musclées les jours à venir, si rien n’est fait.
