Salif SADIO en service commandé ? D’aucuns le supputaient. D’autres refusaient d’y croire. Mais après le report, pour des raisons de sécurité, de la marche des enseignants le prévue le 17 février dernier à Ziguinchor, il parait clair que ce criminel cherche à prendre la place du coronavirus et ainsi empêcher tout rassemblement dans la capitale du sud. Par quels moyens ?
Les enseignants ne marcheront pas à Ziguinchor. En tout cas pas sitôt. La manifestation qu’ils envisageaient d’organiser dans la capitale du sud a tout bonnement été interdite. «Le SAEMSS et le CUSEMS informent les enseignants du Sénégal que suite au dépôt de la déclaration de marche à la date du mercredi 09 février 2022, le préfet de Ziguinchor a fait parvenir aux responsables locaux l’arrêté no 21/D.ZIG/P du 14 février 2022 portant interdiction d’une manifestation sur la voie publique pour des raisons de sécurité et menace de trouble à l’ordre public », indique leur communiqué. Et contrairement au G6 qui avait, en avril 2018, déchiré l’arrêté de l’autorité administrative pour organiser sa marche, cette fois, les enseignants ont décidé de se conformer à la mesure préfectorale. A les en croire, cette décision s’explique par le contexte marqué « par les accrochages entre l’armée et les rebelles et la volonté manifeste des deux syndicats de s’en limiter à l’organisation d’une marche pacifique et d’éviter toute forme de collusion, mais surtout par le sens élevé du patriotisme et de la responsabilité dont les enseignants du Sénégal ont toujours fait montre ».
Leurs explications ainsi consignées, les enseignants ont jeté leur dévolu sur Dakar où ils prévoient d’organiser leur prochaine marche nationale, loin des « rebelles ». Seulement, si le SAEMSS et le CUSEMS peuvent se déplacer et tenir leurs manifestations ailleurs qu’au sud du pays, qu’en est-il pour les Ziguinchorois ? Est-ce qu’ils vont aussi se rendre à Dakar ou à Thiès pour tenir un rassemblement?
Ces raisons de sécurité brandies par le préfet de Ziguinchor et que les enseignants ont appréhendées comme les « accrochages entre l’armée et les rebelles », interpellent, non pas l’autorité administrative, ni le ministre des Forces armées, mais le président de la République, chef suprême des Armées, responsable de la Défense nationale.
Seulement, Macky SALL avait prévenu mais beaucoup de Sénégalais refusaient de le croire. Maintenant qu’il est à la tête de l’Union africaine, ces derniers se rendent compte que les affaires du Sénégal, si elles ne concernent pas l’équipe nationale de football, passent pour mineures aux yeux du président SALL. « C’est l’occasion pour nous de nous incliner devant la mémoire des militaires français tombés au champ d’honneur, au Sahel pour lutter contre le terrorisme », disait-il jeudi 17 février dernier lors de la conférence de presse en marge du sommet Union Européenne (UE) – Union Africaine (UA). Pourtant, quatre soldats sénégalais ont été froidement exécutés par Salif SADIO et ses acolytes qui en ont pris sept autres en otage sans que le président SALL daigne en dire deux mots.
Ce silence assourdissant du président SALL et les nombreuses interpellations invitant Ousmane SONKO à se prononcer sur la tuerie et l’enlèvement des soldats sénégalais, donnent un caractère politique à cette résurgence de Salif SADIO qui coïncide avec l’élection du leader du PASTEF à la tête de la mairie de Ziguinchor. Sinon, pour avoir déclaré que : « nous avons convaincu Salif SADIO qu’il n’avait pas intérêt à garder les 7 soldats », Robert SAGNA se retrouverait devant le procureur ou entre les mains des forces de l’ordre qui l’interrogeraient pour localiser ce criminel qui ne parle au nom de personne. « Comme lui-même l’a dit, il a indiqué qu’il n’a pas affaire avec la CEDEAO mais qu’il a affaire avec le Sénégal et à son armée et que ce sont ces gens-là, même si c’est des militaires sénégalais de la CEDEAO, qui sont entrés dans son périmètre», a ajouté Robert SAGNA qui s’exprime comme un lieutenant de Salif SADIO à qui il est reconnu un périmètre entre la Gambie et le Sénégal.
En outre et c’est là le plus intrigant, en réaction à la libération des militaires, la Direction de l’Information et des Relations publiques des armées (DIRPA) a, dans un communiqué, pris la peine de préciser que « l’attaque du contingent s’était bien déroulée en territoire gambien ». Si le mutisme et l’inertie des autorités sénégalaises s’expliquent par l’attaque qui s’est déroulée en territoire gambien pourquoi devrait-on interdire une marche à Ziguinchor pour des raisons de sécurité? A moins de vouloir faire de Salif SADIO un corona destiné à empêcher les rassemblements. Ainsi, les populations du sud, à l’instar des enseignants qui ont inscrit la jurisprudence, n’auraient pas à y manifester.
